What Gravity stores, how public research works, and what HubSpot or LinkedIn connections allow.

01 · data Gravity stores

Account sign-in details, companies and websites you add, and the campaigns, prospects, plans, and results in your workspace. Public LinkedIn URLs and X handles you add may be used for voice and orbit research. Data stays per-company.

02 · public company research

Before signup, Gravity may research a public website via Apify, Anthropic, and xAI. A hashed network address is stored for abuse prevention. Unclaimed research is removed after 7 days. After activation, the public link closes; the source payload is eligible for removal after 24 hours and is never publicly reused. A minimal claim binding may remain 30 days for idempotent retries. Interrupted activation stays private and may retain its payload up to 30 days to resume safely.

03 · HubSpot

OAuth tokens enable read-only deals and companies context. Gravity does not create, edit, or delete HubSpot records.

04 · optional LinkedIn sign-in

Optional. Requests only OpenID Connect scopes openid profile for account identity and display name — not posts, messages, or connections.

05 · protection and sharing

Provider tokens are encrypted at rest and used only for connected features. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers only to operate Gravity or when required by law.

06 · disconnect and delete

Disconnect HubSpot to remove OAuth tokens; disconnect LinkedIn to remove display identity. Delete campaigns or companies from the dashboard. For account deletion, contact the Gravity team member who gave you access.
